Our Shipment Policy
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. The shipping courier can vary depending on your location although most items are sent via Australia Post or another courier.
The shipping cost to Australia has been included in the overall price of your purchase and includes packing fees as well as postage costs.
Special care is taken to protect fragile objects but please be ready to receive the delivery to prevent accidental damage when left on a property.

We offer free shipping to Australia. We operate this way because we feel this makes it easier for you to see what your purchase will cost as you add items to your cart. The price you see on the listing in our store is what you will pay, simple.
Returning Your Unwanted Purchase
Change of mind: We strive to offer a great product and reasonable value but we know sometimes things are not what you expect so we offer a refund for unopened products within 14 days. Simply send it back to us with everything you received intact including the box and after inspecting the product for any damage we will refund your purchase. Items that have been opened, used or washed do not qualify for a change of mind refund.
Faulty or damaged: If the product is faulty or damaged on arrival we offer a full refund within 14 days. Conditions for this are the item has been damaged during transport and the product has not been used. To speed up the process please have photos of the damaged product ready to send us for confirmation.
