Orders and Shipping
Express delivery usually takes between 3 to 5 days and standard delivery from 5 to 7 days. We have fulfilment centres in Australia and the USA so delivery times are about the same in both countries. Times can vary and does not include public holidays, Saturday or Sunday.
When you make a purchase you will be asked if you wish to create an account.
You can change your shipping address in the your account settings. Please contact us if you wish to change your address for a pending order. There are cases where we can not change your order after the order has been sent to fulfilment.
We will keep you informed about your order processing. When we ship the order you will receive a tracking number so you can follow the delivery status with the courier.
We use third party credit card processors including Stripe, and PayPal. We do not collect or store your card details on our website.
Currently we do not charge GST.
We ship worldwide. We are based in Australia. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
We have fulfilment centres around the world including the USA and shipping prices vary depending on your location. An estimate to work off in the USA is $4.75 USD for the first item and $2.40 USD for additional items. The final shipping cost will be itemized for you during checkout. All pricing on our website is in Australian dollars (AUD) and prices shown may vary depending on the current exchange rates.
Usually all your items will come in one package. There are times when an order may be shipped to you in multiple packages from multiple fulfilment locations. We do not charge you extra for shipping in this case.

Yes. Please contact us about the changes. There may be circumstances where we can not make changes because the order has been fulfilled prior to the order cancelation request.
